Laura Hilliger is a writer, educator and technologist. She’s a multimedia designer and developer, a technical liaison, a project manager, a conceptual architect, an open advocate who is happiest in collaborative environments. In 2020, she was awarded the Women in IT Digital Leader of the Year award for her work bringing open principles to Greenpeace. She’s a co-founder of We Are Open Co-op, a collective that has spent 10 years helping organisations like Amnesty International UK, MIT, Friends of the Earth and the BBC with thoughtful technology, community and learning projects.
